Made tasty Turkey and tater dumplins t-day..... mmmmm jes like momma used to make....makes me miss her though...been 25 years since I got to enjoy her company and her cookin...maybe I'll get to see her again someday...doubt it but I can hope.
Sorry to bum you out there just a bit of homesick blues...hope your turkey day was enjoyable...to be honest it was nice to get together with what borrowed family I got and enjoy their company...so it aint all bad...had the usual hyper youngsters terrifying the cats and over-fillin the dog the cats still aint come out of hiding yet - Yah...But I've yet to manage to get one....them buttholes on the 'Bay' like to wait till things are wrapping up then outbid me
Missed several nice fixable DB's with a wide variety of useful goodies by a couple bucks and mere minutes @@@@@@@<really bad swear there but appropriate for haw that makes me feel - Lol....you do know that was figurative
Dija see the lovely pic of my DB buried under 2' of snow?.....I hate winter soooooooooooo much...hate snow even more.

Why are they allowed to call it Sunday when this time of year the Sun is conspicuously absent? I propose a National law declaring the first day of the week, Weatherday.

The weather here in the lower Columbia valley is cold, rainy, and killin' my back and fingers. Snow is falling in the Cascades nearby, down to the 3,000 foot level already. A fella up near Carson in the Gifford Pinchot was shot dead while out gathering bear grass this week; they don't know yet if it was an accident (elk hunting season just started) or murder. There's more cold than temperature up in those mountains.
